Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely! We offer free international shipping with reputable courier companies. Given current global events, we do not ship to Russia, Ukraine or Belarus until further notice. For more detailed information on international shipping, please contact us.
Is my item insured during transit?
Yes! Your package is fully insured while in transit, up until the point of delivery. If you are experiencing any issue with the delivery of your package, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
Does my diamond have warranty?
Yes. We proudly stand behind our products with lifetime warranties included with every order. We warrant their graded characteristics through the following full legal guarantee and warranty.
In the unlikely case that your diamond does not meet or exceed a “4C” grade stated in your order’s Certificate of Authenticity, Grwn shall, at your discretion: Accept the return of the diamond and provide you with a refund of the full purchase price; replace the diamond with a diamond that meets or exceeds each of the characteristics warranted.
If you make a claim under this warranty, you are agreeing to allow Grwn to: examine the original copy of the certificate; try to resolve your claim amicably; inspect the jewelry and any gemological evaluation on which you base your claim; remove the diamond from its setting for gemological examination. Diamonds must be graded as loose stones by a reputable, internationally recognized diamond grading lab.
The diamond’s condition will be determined by standard gemological techniques and examination under no greater than 10x magnification. The accuracy of angles and linear measurements will be determined by the following tolerances: ±0.2º and ±0.02 millimeters.
This warranty remains in effect in perpetuity with the original purchase proof. It covers any lack of conformity to the certified “4Cs” grades this diamond has at the time of sale. It does not cover damage to the diamond that occurs after delivery, including normal cuts or scratches, wear & tear, consequential or incidental damages provided or allowed by an insurance coverage. This non-transferable warranty applies to the original purchaser of the product only.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights; it does not, in any way, affect the rights given to you by law.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and refund, which you can do by contacting us at email@example.com.
If applicable, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without a Grwn-provided return label will not be accepted.
Please be aware that we do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds on custom diamonds or jewelry.

Is my lab grown diamond certified?
Yes, every Grwn diamond is either GIA or IGI certified, and all jewelry is CGL certified. Each Grwn diamond is crafted using the Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) process, which uses heated carbon-rich gasses, rather than high-pressure heat to culture diamond roughs from a seed diamond, and all orders include documented proof of CVD certification.
Where are the diamonds created?
As the world’s only diamonds produced with a net-zero carbon footprint (Certified Carbon Neutral), our sustainably-crafted stones are made in a zero-emission foundry in the United States’ West Coast using 100% clean hydropower. Combining proprietary, high-efficiency technology with renewable energy, we’re consciously culturing the industry’s purest, most ethical diamond crystals.

Can I change the shipping or billing address of my order?
We're unable to edit orders once they've been placed. If you believe you’ve made an error with your shipping address, please reach out to email@example.com for assistance as soon as possible. For customer privacy reasons, we are unable to make any changes to a billing address.
