Diamond Warranty
We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry, that’s why grwn offers a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects on all our fine jewelry.
If you encounter any damage caused by manufacturing, please contact us immediately so we can assess your item. Before we ship your piece for evaluation, a deposit of $50 is required to cover the shipping and our expert jewelers' assessment to determine if the damage falls under warranty. This fee will be fully refunded for all repairs that qualify under the warranty, and all warrantied repairs are shipped back to the customer at no cost.
For repairs that are not covered under the lifetime warranty, we will provide the customer with a repair cost estimate for approval before proceeding. If the customer approves the estimate, the deposit will be applied toward the repair cost. If the customer chooses not to proceed with the repair, the deposit will cover the shipping charge to return the item after evaluation.
If we find that the damage is covered under the warranty, grwn will repair or replace the item at no additional cost to the customer. It is important to note that having the jewelry serviced by a jeweler other than grwn will void the warranty. All fine jewelry may be subject to normal wear and tear from daily activity, especially rings due to their everyday use. Our manufacturing warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, loss of gemstones, product loss, or theft. Additionally, it does not cover damage or loss resulting from not obtaining the necessary repairs to maintain the jewelry's integrity.
Some examples of common jewelry issues that are not considered manufacturing defects include:
- Discoloration of precious metals due to exposure to chemicals, makeup, immersion in pools and hot tubs, or bathing.
- Normal wear and tear on precious metals and prongs over time, which may require restoration work.
- Prongs may catch, wear out, or bend over time due to everyday use or normal damage, leading to gemstones falling out.
- Loss of gemstones resulting from everyday wear or other damage.
To help cover common wear and tear issues, grwn offers extended service plans for an additional charge. We also recommend customers maintain independent insurance coverage for their jewelry to cover significant damage, loss, or theft. For more information, please email us at info@grwndiamonds.com.
